Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Relocate Quest (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Relocate Quest, operated by Japan Cloud Support, is a web-based service that sells visa-specific relocation task flows for individuals moving to the Netherlands. Each flow is tailored to a single residence-permit path and includes the ability to:

  • Unlock the step-by-step checklist for the selected visa type
  • Update task statuses (Not Started / In Progress / Done) via the dashboard
  • Track required documents, official links, and sequencing through a visual diagram

The Service does not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice. You remain responsible for confirming all requirements with the appropriate authorities.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Pricing

Each relocation flow is a one-time digital purchase. Pricing is displayed on the checkout page and generally ranges from €9 to €29 per flow (including applicable VAT where required). Payment specifics:

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout.
  • We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms.
  • Upon successful payment you receive immediate access to the purchased flow in your account.
  • Invoices/receipts are emailed automatically by Stripe.

By confirming a purchase you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method. If a payment fails we may suspend delivery until it succeeds.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because flows are digital content that becomes available immediately, purchases are final once the flow is unlocked. We therefore do not offer cancellations or refunds after access begins, except where required by law.

If you reside in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services that have not yet been accessed. By purchasing a flow you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your withdrawal right is lost once the flow is opened. If you request a withdrawal before access begins, we will refund the full amount within 14 days via the same payment method. Any Stripe processing fees associated with refunds are borne by Japan Cloud Support.

If a critical technical issue prevents you from accessing the flow, contact support@relocatequest.com within 30 days so we can investigate and offer a remedy (replacement access or refund).

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Japan Cloud Support and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

The information provided in our flows is for guidance purposes only and should not be considered as legal, immigration, or professional advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Japan Cloud Support and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the flow giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may request account deletion anytime by emailing support@relocatequest.com. We may also suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Access to purchased flows ends when the account is deleted.
  • We delete personal data within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be retained for service quality purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Groningen, Netherlands.
