At Relocate Quest (operated by Japan Cloud Support), we only collect the data we need to provide our visa-specific relocation flows and to support you along the way.   • Purchased flow information
  • Technical metadata such as IP address, browser type, device, and timestamps

1.3 Payment Information

We do not collect or store credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and transaction IDs.

1.4 Support Information

When you contact us (email or contact form), we collect the information you provide (name, email, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service
  • Process transactions and deliver purchased flows
  • Track your progress through relocation task flows
  • Send service or security notifications (account updates, purchase confirmations, critical alerts)

Your data is stored on servers located within the European Union, in compliance with GDPR requirements.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. When you delete your account:

  • We delete personal data (profile, task data, support threads) within 30 days.
  • We retain purchase records and invoices for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting rules.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
